Dr. Gavin Voon is the Founder and president of the International Strategic Institute. He served in the Ministry of Education for 17 years, gaining extensive experience in education management and government policy. After leaving public service, he continued his dedication to the field of education by establishing the International Strategic Institute, focusing on empowering industry internationalization through education.

Gavin Voon has been deeply engaged in the ASEAN market, maintaining close collaboration with governments and business chambers in the VIP countries – Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. He assists businesses in successfully entering and establishing themselves in overseas markets. Actively expanding cooperation with foreign royalty and government-business networks, he builds high-level international collaboration platforms to facilitate cross-border business-government engagements, creating greater opportunities for enterprise growth.

He is frequently invited for exclusive media interviews on topics related to business, education, and consumer trends. Gavin Voon regularly attends official events in ASEAN countries and is often invited to participate in high-level forums and educational summits.

Beyond his achievements in the business field, Gavin Voon is also actively involved in social welfare initiatives. He advocates for the integration of education and business, promotes corporate social responsibility (CSR), and supports sustainable development.
